However, effective hot water diagnostics are often about identifying operational issues before recommending replacement.
Once the gas supply was restored, the fault codes cleared, and the ignition components serviced, both systems returned to normal operation.
The units were then monitored through multiple operating cycles to confirm they could ignite, heat, and recover correctly under normal demand conditions.
