Scope of Works: Hot Water System Upgrade

System Removal: Isolated water and gas supply to Unit 2, then disconnected and removed the existing internal gas hot water system and wall flue.

Premium Installation: Supplied and installed a new external Rinnai Infinity gas hot water system, securely mounted to the external brick wall behind the kitchen.

New Components: Installed new cold water, hot water, and gas isolation valves, including disconnection unions.

Pipework & Fittings: Supplied and installed new copper pipework and fittings, connecting the system to existing water and gas services, including drilling and sealing wall penetrations.

Electrical Coordination: Coordinated with a licensed electrician to install a weatherproof outdoor GPO for the system.

System Protection: Secured and bracketed all new pipework and professionally sealed brickwork where the old flue was removed.

Testing & Certification: Reinstated supply, purged all lines, pressure-tested gas pipework, and issued a Certificate of Compliance for all works.

Meter Relocation: Disconnected the existing gas meter and regulator, relocating them to a new approved location in the carpark with a new bracket.

Infrastructure Removal: Removed all galvanised steel and copper gas pipework servicing the apartment to eliminate internal gas lines.

Wall Restoration: Removed the gas bayonet and filled/cemented the wall penetration.

Kitchen Modification: Removed the gas cooktop and reinstated cupboard shelving along with drainage and dishwasher pipework.

Regulator Upgrade: Supplied and installed a new external gas regulator complete with new seals and gaskets.

New Gas Lines: Installed new copper gas pipework to reconnect the inlet and outlet lines supplying the new external hot water system.

Final Commissioning: Secured all pipework, purged the system, performed leak and pressure tests, and issued the final Certificate of Compliance.
