Complete Stormwater Drainage Upgrade & Waterproofing
Our team attended a property in Malabar to complete a comprehensive stormwater drainage upgrade, including new pits, subsurface drainage, waterproofing, and replacement of a faulty pump in the car wash bay.
This job was big but our plumbers handled it well, breaking it down into two smaller, more manageable sections
They began with the stormwater and waterprooding aspects of the car wash bay. They excavated a trench to inspect the main stormwater pipe, extending it to the new stormwater pit location beside the garden bed and exhaust vent and applied two coats of waterproofing to prevent leaks. Our plumbers also installed a new 300mm x 300mm stormwater pit with a galvanised grate at the bottom of the garden to collect excess surface water.
After every job like this one, we make sure that everything is as we left it (with some improvements!). We always clean up after ourselves, including backfilling trenches and replacing grass and concrete where necessary.
