Complete Stormwater Pit & Sump Pump Installation 🌧️
Our plumbing and drainage team recently completed a stormwater pit and sump pump installation job in Collaroy Plateau, Northern Sydney. Our team worked to improve surface water management, preventing water build-up and helping the home stay safe during storm season.
This job involved a lot of steps, but our team carried out the work with precision, confidence and professionalism. This installation job included:
- Installing a new stormwater pit, securing it with concrete bedding and modifying it with weep holes and extra filtration to help drainage and prevent debris from causing blockages
- Supplied and installed an automatic stormwater sump pump along with a check valve for reliable water discharge
- Installed a series of PVC pump-out pipework, connecting to the existing downpipe
- Thoroughly cleaned the main stormwater line with high-pressure water jetters
- Fully tested and commissioned the stormwater pump and drainage system.
- Issued a Certificate of Compliance, confirming the stormwater installation meets current Australian Standards.
